Pirate Props Return Policy

At Pirate Props, every item is crafted with care and attention to detail. Because many of our creations are custom-made, please review our return policy carefully before making your purchase.


Custom Orders

  • No returns or exchanges are accepted on custom-made products.

  • Each custom item is handcrafted specifically for you and cannot be resold.


Pre-Made Items

  • Returns are accepted on pre-made items only.

  • You must request a return within 10 days of delivery.

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, a refund (minus original shipping costs) will be issued to your original payment method.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at [your email address] and include photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
